We deliver across all governorates in Egypt, making it easy for you to receive your order wherever you are.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the shipping process.

We always work to make sure your order reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

 Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including its original packaging and any accompanying tags or accessories.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without their original condition may not be eligible for return.
